(Formerly Cleveland Avenue School)

This grade school was opened in March 1963, and was considered to be of ultra-modern styling. Included in the building are twelve classrooms, an auditorium. Principal's office, teachers' room, library, and large kitchen which is well equipped.

Grades 1-6 are accommodated in the school, which was originally named Cleveland avenue School. However, after the untimely death in 1976 of Frank L. Bowser, who had been Principal of the school since its opening, the name was changed to honour him.
